Dominique is one of the world’s leading wine experts. He joined the Le PETIT Béret team in 2013 after meeting the founders and discovering that he too shares their values of friendship, simplicity and above all innovation.
Dominique, who can be best described as a wine alchemist, worked as the sommelier for luxury hotels such as Hotel Meurice in Paris, the Connaught and the Great Eastern hotel in London with Gordon Ramsay, as well as for prestigious wine estates and wine sellers, such as Lucas Carton (Alain Senderens) in Paris, Château de Lignan in Béziers, Gambetta wine shop in Montpellier, le Cerf in Alsace, and Lavinia in Paris.
Dominique Laporte is involved in creating the vintages and aromatic blends for Le Petit Béret.
He develops the organoleptic qualities of grape varieties such as Shiraz, Sauvignon and Grenache Cinsault and pairs them with the most prestigious dishes.
